That is an encouraging result from September, thanks BHX5DME. Just now appears to be a shame that such a number will not be replicated for a few years at least, considering Thomsonfly's withdrawal from the cities, and halving the number oif aircraft to be based at Coventry next year.
Who knows, maybe with Wizz's announcement of expecting to have a fleet of 100+ aircraft by 2014, they might be looking towards Western Europe for bases...obviously Luton would probably be the first airport they would consider...wishful thinking.
Re the TOM situation with Jersey, axing flights from the other 3 bases might just be a blessing for this route from Coventry, particularly discontinuing Luton. Passengers living between Coventry and Luton who wish to go to Jersey will obviously now have less of a choice...unless someone replaces LTN-JER
