I must agree with you guys about this issue, i think this is the only Airline in the world which employs Retired Pilots. I wonder how are these Old pilots going to fly the new generation aircrafts like Airbus or even Dash 8 Q400s? I mean, i know that they are desperate but to me this is a kind of a high school game, New generation aircrafts versus Old generation pilots
they really have to think about it twice!!!
