If the package is as bad as it was in march of this year then Jack is right. It was a comical salary ($5000) and a bond and you pay medical and you pay tax and you live in Schenzhen. You have to be despaerate to work for an outfit like this. The fact that a pilot is CEO means nobody with the right quals wants the job. I agree that historically pilots make rubbish senior managers, running a flight deck is not like running a business. Anyone who feels different should join Jade and find out for themselves.
