Yeh I heard similar. Apparently they have changed their procedure. Instead of you trying to fit into a slot at Alteon or Qantas et al , the companies have given their slots to
VB and let them place the candidates.
The latest Alteon scheme involes a Classic endorsment at Ansett in MEL with a differences course in BNE.
I believe the letter has been drafted and just needs to be signed off by management. It shoudl be a "tick the box" exersize where you agree either to paying up front and thereby getting full salary straight away or salary sacrifice over 12 months.
This is what I've heard!!! Nothing in writing so far!!!
