The last time I met CAS/CDS (Sir Andrew Humphrey) he asked
us the questions. We looked after his personal Gazelle at the time and his peregrinations often had us working at weekends. He noticed that it was always the same four guys and enquired into our shift patterns and working hours. He ordered beers all round as well - at 32 Sqns expense!
There
were changes in our working arrangements after that chat. Its a pity he never managed a full innings as CDS.
