Following rulings by successive Ministers of State for the Armed Forces on the application of our financial probity rules, the person most likely to be disciplined here is the one who reports the "fraud". The US case "only" involves over-charging - there is no suggestion that the service or goods provided were unfit for purpose. One of the cases ruled on here involved false statements as to aircraft safety. But that's ok, isn't it?
