If ABY trains you under the Ab-Initio program, you'll be bonded with the company for 5 years and just like you are prepared to do...you pay for your A320 type on a monthly basis.
The Ab-Initio program caters only to UAE/GCC nationals, it is rare for expats to be invited for an interview. Internal candidates in other job positions, however, have been inducted into the program after they passed the screening process.
I suggest you fill out the online app.(website), upload your CV and send it. Plan to call them (HR) after 2 weeks for a follow up. Be sure to tell them you are locally available.
