Fares and Stuff
My first impression of the FlyBe example is that the earlier flight has no fare payable whilst the second has £1.49 fare. As the booking has a fare payable it probably incurrs admin fees and other booking charges etc... is the only thing I can see to be the reason.
New Contract for the ever expanding Flight Support, VLM in manchester appears to be next... As does new routes out of MAN for VLM although i wouldn't hold your breath to see IOM-MAN with them. AMS-IOM perhaps though?? the airport are pushing for the route, although with improved rail links between London and Paris would LHR not be a better proposition? Airlines looking for alternative slot uses, yes given there are far more profitable routes than IOM although if Government wanted it surely they could sweet talk BMI or such??
