If he were wise... I would hope that, for his own safety, he would stay out of the aviation scene. As far as I can figure he still owes a bunch of people a bunch of cash. If he does get back in then I would suggest that any new employees (pilots anyhow) should only work for him if he were to put up some sort of retainer!!! Perhaps $30,000? It is coming to an era in flying that we as pilots are in a much better position for bargaining; especially when it comes to operators with less then stellar track records!!!
