Personally i also believe this 0013 thing and others is a waste of time......
Be conspicuous with alt etc def its good for practicing height keepin
But listening in on a freq who will not even entertain letting you across seems pretty much pointless skirt round know yr airspace and see and avoid....
Also as has been seen in other threads, it has created more problems than solved any....
