Swiss RJ Contract Skippers

Hi all...

I am looking into the pros and cons of joining Swiss as a contractor on their RJ fleet and would be grateful for a insight into what the RJ fleet is like to work on? What is morale like... perhaps not that great according to the other posts that I have seen or are they misleading? I am aware that Ts & Cs will be different for a contractor but a insight into a typical roster would be helpful? I presume standbys are few and far between since they are so short of crews?

Finally how are contractors regarded and treated by fellow crew? Having a foreigner amongst Swiss nationals must be hard work at times but could I expect a warm welcome or a cold shoulder from the other crews?

Any info would be appreciated.
