I expect that Enda Corneille also mentioned the A320 deliveries for base expansion but putting down the A330 for a US base is much more interesting reading for the Irish Independent's readers. There are only two A330s arriving in 2009 and one of them will replace an aircraft.
There's always the chance that once BFS is up and runing they might send an A330 up there to start long-haul. If they look at BHX again I can see them considering long-haul with some of the new A330s/A350s.
