Hi Jollydolly. I used to work for xl and have just been offered a job with KLM from Norwich. My advice would be to do a bit of research on the company. They will do a presentation and you will have a easygoing test on what they have just told you plus a couple of scenarios. It's alot less stressful and shorter than the XL interview and only takes about 4 hours. The people who were doing the interviews were really nice and made me feel an ease. Are you from Norwich originally then?
