I believe OzJet have a payload on the PER-DPS service of over 9.5T. PER-DPS is around 7.7 block hours return and no tech stop is required.
As for interviews, I think they may have already occured and a ground school is starting soon. No money up front for the endorsement, just a bond you have to pay out if you leave within a certain period of time.
