CX will give you 50% pay and benefits for 75 hours a month. No overtime and you will have to buy your own food while on the road.
Yes you must pay for 50% of your RT/PC, 40% if you get a STC mate to work on a G day. Good so far
CX would offer you this and think nothing of it.
