Well, it depends really which seat are you in-unfortunately. Captains can pretty much choose where ever they want to live in Europe, but not necessary the fo´s. You might have to live close to the airplane base, if there is one signed nowdays (Not sure), It used to be Paris, Geneva or London.

Experience for Fo´s nowdays must be some turboprop atleast..If you have jet even better. Few hundred is ok I quess.
Salaries for captains vary from 8500 euros to around 12000 euros. You have to call them every year for a raise-takes some time to get used to it, but thats the way. Enjoy the experience..
