Of more importance is the question of night flights issues in previous posts. Night flights are tied in with the 106 agreement and there is no night flight policy. The situation is that the owners must submit one 6 months before instigating any night flights. Hopefully that clears that one up? Can we expect one to appear in next years masterplan though?
