You must not take this thread too seriously. We have people who aver that the air port is dead on its feet and that there is no activity, followed by others who state that there are loads of complaints caused by the constant activity. Add to that the historical stuff about unburnt fuel particles falling all over Ramsgate and constant low flying aircraft looming over the esplanade.
We now have someone who advises us to sit on the beach and eat chips whilst being showered with pollution and bombarded with constant noise and disturbance. If that is not a measure of how amusing this thread can be, I don't know what is?
Now, if you really want to know what a noisy airport sounded like you, should go back to when I was a kid cycling around Manston when the Yanks were there. That was really fun.
