Would make sense & keep with USAF designating special mission aircraft Mx-xxx, right? Once again, we were a day late & a dollar short. The Marine version is called MV-22 & the USAF version CV-22.
Being career AFSOC, seems backwards to me.
I think they have four here at Kirtland.
