Frans, they are going to have to settle up or risk the consequences for many years. I cannot believe the DRC government can be this arrogant! And to think, they are suppose to have a "new government". Sounds like business as usual. It does not matter that they do not agree with the judgement against them, it is a matter of law and law-abiding countries follow the law. But then again, who ever said the DRC was a law-abiding country! With all the natural resorces the DRC has they could be a "star" in Africa. Bloody shame they can't do the right thing.
