Question for the Management,
You mention that KA pilots will get Cathay pay when they fly Cathay aircraft, an extra 10-20% I'm guessing. My question is, are Cathay aircraft that much harder to fly?
Also, as Management, in your honest opinion, how much longer do you think management will be able to carry on this ruse of leading pilots to think they are expendable, lowly skilled and in oversupply? It's worked well the last few years but you must be getting nervous that the real facts are going to get out soon!
