fleet trans for T7

i heard that there is a latter from CEO

, which say that

NO ONE SHOWED BE TAKEN FROM A300 FLEET AT ALL EXCEPT VERY FEW MAX 8 WHICH ARE CHIEF PILOT AND OTHER TRAINNING CAPT AND ALL THE REST PILOT TO BE TAKEN FROM A330 FLEET AS HE WANTS MORE
EXPERIENCED PILOT

may be he thinks A300 is a caw not a plane ?
does not make any sence at all
