I really have to laugh when I read some of the comments about so-called electronic log books.
Yes, they are just fine if you intend to work for just one airline...or perhaps a couple within the same regulatory authority.
However, if one then decides to go elsewhere overseas to fly, one might find that the regulatory authority
there takes a rather dim view of said 'electronic' loogbook.
I have personally seen guys turned down for a position for which they are otherwise well qualified simply because they were too darn lazy to have the required
written (and endorsed) log book.
Too lazy to keep a written personal log book?
No sympathy from me...
