Albert hall- can you tell us what percentage of flights are long haul in comparison to their short haul operation- so we can assess whether this was a major part of their operations or not. The vast majority of their flights and their passengers carried are short haul, and so I cant see GSM being particularly worried about your concerns noted above. How many flights with GSM did you fly and what impact did their long haul problems impact on you....I suspect we know the answers to all the above queries.
