SQC direct entry
I want to know how SQ select their cadets for SQ mainline, SQ Cargo and SilkAir. Is it based on performance during flight training? Ground school 6 months in Seletar (CAAS license) and flight training in Brisbane? (no need to convert CAAS to CASA license?)

Brisbane Lear Jet jet conversion using which type? Lear Jet 35? or the newest one Lear Jet 60? After Lear Jet how many months for 777 or 747 or A320 type rating?

For SQC direct entry normally do we need to attend OBS in Ubin too?
