QRSamira, I don't have any idea about who's gone replace Cris. I don't think they have any idea either, you know they do this king of things without any prior preparation, but for sure there will be a worse Crewing Manager then Cris.
It's their business about how they want to manage their company and, let's be honest, some people accept very well this kind of management, otherwise they would do all possible things to go away.
If I'll find out something about the new manager I'm gone let you know, ok?!
