As far as I've heard, the Wizz has been doing extremely well - having checked with the handling agents last week on one service there were approx 130 on the inbound, and approx 115 on the outbound which is fantastic!
Regarding the surveying - it is an AGL (Aerodrome Ground Lighting) survey...not sure exactly what they are looking for/at but needless to say I doubt it has anything to do with south side development.
