Yes, that BOAC livery was the sort of restrained design one sees on old, up-market shops.
Even as one of the FEW I wish we'd adopted it as the BA colours but too much horse trading for that.
We should have swopped your livery for the better, IMHO, system of both ears on and use I/C - perhaps my hearing would be better now
