Regarding bursting blood vessels, that's one thing I never did in almost 69 yrs and never will do. For 50yrs now I live by the motto "never worry - it never solved a problem for anyone"

Reminds me of my March-April trip this year when I flew to Limoges and went to Spain and Andorra in the snow before flying via Hahn to Nykoeping to meet up with friends in Stockholm and slept in Riga because the youth hostels were too expensive in STO.
Completely logical - I only had to cross the Irish Sea once and only paid the Brownonian APD once as I came home from DUB.
Nearly went to Tampere from Riga too but decided not to overdo it.
