I wouldn't get obsessed with any of the RAF OASC tests if I were you, Alex... All the fitness tests they have are to see if your fit. So I recommend you not to concentrate on how many press ups you can do in a minute, or how long it takes you to run 100m...
Try to concentrate on keeping fit; sitting less in front of your computer, and going out jogging from time to time would be a start.
