When BA move to T5 how do they expect it to get better. It sounds like a lack of staff and equipment!
I had a the ''pleasure' of working for BA during the summer and having delat with countless amount BA T4 passengers all I can say is I HATE both of them and wont forgive BA for what they did to me! Id rather fly anyone else.
