Yes, thats true that BA do have large accounts with companies. However, the company I work for has now given us the freedom to chose who we fly with. In the past it was always BA as a first choice and we used to get questioned if we did not book BA. In fact for flights to NRT we are told to fly ANA as a first option, we can only use BA if ANA are full and that booking with BA has to be management approved.
Our Travel Dept is given feedback from travellers within the company and many are getting fed up with T4 problems and to some extent the delays that also affect T1.
Though I have to say that my last 2 trips out/in through T4 were ok with very minor delays.
BA do need a wake up call but how do you wake up management that are already fast asleep and seem oblivious to everything going on around them.
