You appear to make an issue out of EuroManx operating one Irish registered aircraft (wet leased from AerArran) and two Austrian registered aircraft (which they own) and that you contract with an Austrian company. True but the Austrian company (same ownership) is there as EuroManx holds a Austrian AOC - as a JAA AOC equivalent to a UK one. The reason? The bureaucratic hurdles the UK CAA put new operators through are horrendous - thus most UK AOC start ups acquire a company with an existing AOC and transfer it across - Silverjet is one example as they acquired Flyjet's AOC. EuroManx employs a lot of locals and puts an awful lot into the Manx economy.
Are Manx 2 really as Manx as you believe?
To quote their website "our schedule is flown by a team of specialist airline operators" - being VanAir Europe (Czech Republic), FLM Aviation (Germany) and European Airline 2000 Limited (Malta?). Manx 2 appear to be no more than a ticketing agency.
Good luck to them - I hope they succeed - but to blindly accept them as Manx to the detriment of others is just wrong I'm afraid.
