I think "aptitude" is something which you either have or u don't... Quick thinking, multi-tasking, etc etc...
hostile interview panel? Hmmm... Jus keep smiling i guess... Answer the question(s) to the point, dun bull**** them... Be polite if you wanna contradict the interviewers, but be open to opinions that oppose ur own...
Be confident but not cocky... etc etc
Basically, i guess you must portray a good outward appearance and image, show that you have an eagerness for the job, talk properly...etc etc...
But of cos, be able to back up ur "eagerness" with substantial knowledge of the aviation industry and SIA's corporate profile...
