I dare to disagree. If the Q stated "pressure indicated at station level" as you propose, there would be little to quarrel about. Unfortunately it does not (I think anyway). It says
"local station setting" and that is rather open to discussion once we agree to the fact that all of the results assuming QFE are way off from the answers available.
