Any more details? like min hours? etc sounds a good way to get in though.
Paying half your costs of a CPL! and then most likely a job at the end, unlike QF's program where you pay EVERYTHING and maybe a job @ the end. Atleast with REX putting $$$ towards it they are going to want to keep the staff.
Are they looking @ everyone from no hours to some hours? or someone who has a PPL working towards CPL already?

Edit: Also about the comment about Bare CPL's in the RHS, remember in Europe they have FO's flying 320s, 737's etc with 200-500TT hours! So no difference really.
