Sorry to burst your bubble DirectAnywhere, but there are already "bare CPLs" in the RHS of Metros, SAABs, Dashs, Brazs etc in many of the major regional companies.
Shock horror - some of them are good pilots! I'd be more concerned about jumping into a Chieftain or similar with a "Bare CPL" pilot, as some GA outfits are doing.
