I am new to this forum and was wondering if someone has any information with regard's to Pilot recruitment at TAP in portugal such as;

• Who to contact in Tap?
• Do they have a recruitment department or outsource?
• What are there recruitment processes?
• What are the entry/minimum requirements?
• Pilot Pay Captain/F.O ?

P.s Have looked at there website which doesnt seem to have any careers link.
