Can clearly see that you´ve never been related to the aviation industry or if you are, you are lacking a lot of experience my friend. Keep up with your loyalty for the company until they decide your services are not longer required here and then, just wait and see how they'll kick your butt out of here without any hesitation nor loyalty for you, despite you might have worked for them for several years. Believe me, you don't want to know how it feels but don't judge pilots for leaving the company for greener pastures since after all, money talks, doesn't it?
