I actually feel quite sorry sometimes for the management at the Airport who try in the face of all adversity to put a brave spin on things.I would remind people that HL was boss at the airport BEFORE Peel came along , and things have turned T*ts up since that company took over.I have rambled on before about Peels hidden agenda which I am convinced is ultimately to close the place and build an industrial village or a housing estate on what for them is "bargain basement " land.
Incidentally I was on the Globespan on Monday and the story spun by the Captain differs slightly from the various tales appearing on here. He seems to be suggesting that there are no Teesside based aircraft now.And 160 p
off passengers per flight who wont "ever fly with Globespan again" doesn't bode well for next years business.
