- Local Contracts with T&C benchmarked to the local level
- No union power, which will soon lead us to become another FR

even Vuelling is now offering 5-3-5-4, this means that other airline are trying to match our current package, to keep their pilots, and if our conditions get worse maybe others don't have to work so hard to offer a proper deal
