Yes, with a differences course between the two (a couple hours of ground course).

Excel = XL, just a matter of spelling...
- Who in the UK has XL's and use's freelance F/O's ?
I know at least LEA is employing freelance guys. Rath Aviation based in LFMD does as well. Gestair in Spain was recruiting recently on Excels.
