Legislation is needed (as it will take this to stop companies singling out those who are not prepared to work excessive hours)

Currently, for every engineer prepared to make a stand and not work excessive hours, there's at least one other
who will happily jump at the chance to work a Ghoster for dosh purposes (plus possibly being stood down for the next shift!!) As it stands in many companies now, you're better thought of by management if you're prepared to work Ghosters!!
