I saw the same bulletin as you and I heard the "Foot & Mouth" stuff. Surely, human life takes precedent over foot and mouth restrictions? If it didn't the Police, who tend to take primacy on accident reaction through Gold and Silver Control, need kicking out - what a bunch of amateurs! Let's hope that the news report was mistaken.
