I don't know what typical flights you'll be doing. Just don't stray into Iraq or Iran unnoticed. The wx info is available at any of the major airports and that includes enroute wind/hisig/surface charts along with Notams.
The "the sea state information" needs a bit of exploring but I think most of them have a local area chart with the sea state info on it, but I am not sure.
