SFC has traditionally been sponsoring the training of their own cadets instrcutors from scratch with a return of service of five years after the training has been completed. After they have done their five years they all crossover into the airline. These instructors complete their service in Seleta Singapore.
The program advertised on AFAP would probably similar to the above.
