At an economic development event this morning in Middlesbrough, the new minister for the North East, Nick Brown, was asked by a councillor from Tees Valley whether he would safeguard the slots for the MME-LHR service. Nick Brown said he would look into whether the cost of slots at LHR for all domestic services could be capped.
