AEGEAN-CRONUS AIRLINES: Another management's trick

Last month all pilots have been kindly "requested" (see obliged) to sign voluntarily an agreement for 15% pay cut due to the well known to all worldwide situation. The reduction would be in effect from 1st Nov 2001 to 31st March 2002 and covers all kinds of pay. Now the year end bonus is about to be given and according to our info will be also reduced by 15%. However, the bonus according to our 2001 pilots-company agreement is the average pay of the last 6 months period. In other words the management will not value their signature!!!! AEGEAN-CRONUS PILOTS WAKE UP! THERE IS ONLY ONE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. LET'S FORM A UNION TO CONFRONT THEM OTHERWISE OUR FUTURE WILL BE DARK!!!!!!!!!
