You bet it's worth it. I would much rather see Tranche 3 Typhoon, cancelled and 2x carriers with 40+ JSF on it (the CTOL version not the "Jump Jet Fanny" version). I note the video has Sea King Whiskey on it - come on Fishheads stop being a tight-wad and buy Hawkeye 2000!
The real question I believe is can we afford everything that should go with it? Eg. Enough Type 45s as guard/picket ships, AAR capabilities, persistent AEW coverage (ie. Not Sea King!), support ships, etc...
I only hope that the above fears are misguided...
