The a/c was a 96 model I think, and I used some generic Ratheon data I could find for a 2001 model, and as you point out air con plus goodness nknows what else, so either way it was on its limits at best it seems.
And a very good lesson on how when all is at the limits and temperature and altitude is high.......she aint going to leap into the air with any startiling prformance.
C of G can really be an issue, the plane may well be fine a few KG overweight, but aft C of G is going to make it interesting
